- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you have an emergency (i.e. a 2" gash on your head and bleeding) the receptionist will turn you away because of office policy (if you are not a patient or have an appointment, the doctor will not see you). She didn't offer any assistance except to tell you to travel to Lindsay (45 minutes away for an emergency), not even to say, "maybe" you could register as a new patient or check with the doctor to see if he's willing to spare a couple of minutes to help. What ever happened to helping a fellow human? The reception is heartless, as is/are the doctor(s) for making this policy. Do you really want these people treating or "caring" for you or your loved ones? Simply heartless.by Jenn TOctober 15, 2017
